the National language of Rwanda is Ikinyarwanda. the officials languages are Ikinyarwanda, English, and French. 

the official language is spoken by all the nation. (Rwandan constitution, article 8)

Editorial Action

We will correct the article number (8, not 5) of the constitution for the Statutory National Language status of English [eng], French [fra], and Kinyarwanda [kin] in Rwanda.

Thank you for this information about the official status of Kinyarwanda [kin], English [eng] and French [fra] in Rwanda.

We will correct the article number in the 2003 constitution from 5 to 8 for these 3 languages.
