OK. By the way, Moroccan Standard Amazigh (MSA) [zgh] and Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) [arb] are in somewhat similar situations: they are standard written languages without L1 users. It could help your decision regarding [arb] to check other similar cases and aim for consistency.
