Editorial Action

We will keep the current L1 speaker population (from Brenzinger 2013b) of 30, and add the range from Gerlach under the unpublished comments.  We will add Gerlach's dialect name and the information on Western and Eastern ǂʼAmkoe, all for ǂʼAmkoe [huc] in Botswana, for inclusion in the next edition of the Ethnologue.
