I am aware that Bhalay [bhx] is listed as a spurious language.
Back in 2014, I corresponded with our field contact in India; he indicated that the language should not be retired, so I did not submit a change request through ISO 639-3 to have it removed.
Perhaps it is time to revisit this, especially seeing that Bhalay's lexical similarity with Gowlan [goj] is at 91 -- 95%.
