650,000 Mangbetu proper cited 1985 in e13. Lost in later editions. 650k (no date, no citation) since e15. Which one is correct?

Editorial Action

We will update the L1 speaker population (and add its source) for Mangbetu [mdj] in the Democratic Republic of Congo, for inclusion in the next edition of the Ethnologue.

Dear Antoine,

The Mangbetu [mdj] population in the 13th edition of the Ethnologue was apparently the total population in both DRC (at that time, Zaire) and Uganda. Since it was reported in the 14th edition that there were 30,700 Mangbetu speakers in Uganda, the speaker population in DRC was reduced to 620,000. However, around the same time, it was recognized that Mangbetu was not actually spoken in Uganda after all (I don't have the source for that!).

So, I will change the population back to 650,000 citing 1985 UBS.
