Dear Antoine,

Thank you for noticing this seeming discrepancy for the population Nkukoli [nbo] in Nigeria.

It is actually a correction. The population all along should have been 10,000, according to Roger Blench. Apparently, someone did not add the extra zero. There is also the less likely possibility that Mr. Blench is wrong, but it would take a lot of digging to get back to the source in 1973!
