Language Use
All domains. Used by all. Most also use Dhatki [mki]. Most also use Marwari [mve]. Also use Gujarati [guj], particularly for religious purposes. Also use Hindi [hin], particularly for religious purposes. Also use Sindhi [snd], especially by women and children, but with very low proficiency, and by men in contact with outsiders. Also use Urdu [urd].


The Jogis may also identify themselves as Marwaris (came from Marwar area in Rajasthan India), or as Gujaratis.
