Dialects
Ahwaz (Ahvaz), Shushtar (Shustar), Khorramshahr. Iraqi Neo-Mandaic became extinct during the 20th century. Shushtar dialect may have no remaining speakers. The Khorramshahr and Ahwaz dialects are mutually intelligible.
