Language Development

Dictionary. Grammar. Texts. Bible: 1663–1685. WLRP has certified 12 adult L2 speakers as language teachers who teach a year-round language class for 20 preschool and kindergarten students as well as enrichment activities in local elementary schools and a credit-bearing class at the local public high school. In Mashpee, WLRP offers elders-only classes twice a week and a weekly community class (2019 WLRP). Agency: Wôpanâak Language Reclamation Project (WLRP).
