Even stronger in North Levantine as Lebanese poet Said Akl created a dedicated Latin-based alphabet to write Lebanese, and several Lebanese authors wrote and translated books and articles using this alphabet during the last century, cf.:
Płonka, Arkadiusz (2006). "Le nationalisme linguistique au Liban autour de Sa'īd 'Aql et l'idée de langue libanaise dans la revue Lebnaan en nouvel Alphabet". Arabica (in French). Brill. 53 (4): 423–471. doi:10.1163/157005806778915100.

Dear Antoine,
For this particular instance (as opposed to the previous contribution on South Levantine with Arabizi), we would probably enter this simply as "Latin", with a note that it has been used by several Lebanese authors.
Again, I will check with the Script Editor for her input.
Thanks.
