"Literacy rate in L2" => but what's the L2? Twi?
We will designate Akan [aka] as the L2 of literacy for Nafaanra [nfr] in Ghana, for inclusion in the next edition of the Ethnologue.

The L2 here for the literacy rate in L2 for Nafaanra [nfr] in Ghana would be Akan [aka]. In this particular case, Twi is a dialect of Akan.
