Regarding:

ISO 639-3:

nfr

E15 used a scale to define the various bilingualism levels using the ILR scale: https://www.ethnologue.com/15/show_language/nfr/

E25 only says "Also use Akan [aka]"

Does it mean that today all Nafaanra speakers speak [aka] fluently? (level 5? 4? 3?)

"Literacy rate in L2" => but what's the L2? Twi?

Editorial Action

We will designate Akan [aka] as the L2 of literacy for Nafaanra [nfr] in Ghana, for inclusion in the next edition of the Ethnologue.
