Deaf population update

RomaniaAccording to the National Authority for People with Disabilities, as of end 2021 (data published in March 2022), the deaf population in Romania was counting 23,589 (cell G39 in the Excel).

We will update the deaf population for Romania, for inclusion in the next edition of the Ethnologue.
