What does this mean? If they use arb then there's a diglossia because arb implies a diglossic situation.

Editorial Action

We will remove the comment - "No diglossia with Standard Arabic [arb]" - from Cypriot Spoken Arabic [acy] in Cyprus.

So how come E25 says: "9,760 (2013 UNSD)."

Is 9,760 the ethnic population? The total number of users? L1 users?

We will update the L1 speaker population for Cypriot Spoken Arabic [acy] in Cyprus, for inclusion in the next edition of the Ethnologue.
