Population
ISO 639-3:
qvp

The 2017 census of peasent communities in Peru registered 1,001 inhabitants in the four (4) communities in Pacaraos District: Pacaraos (314), Ravira (110), Vichaicocha (401), and Viscas (176).  The first three are listed as Spanish-speaking communities, and only the last one (Viscas) is listed as a Quechua-speaking community, with a population of 176 persons.  However, the same census registered only 128 Quechua speakers in the entire district of Pacaraos, aged 3 and older.  This information may serve to somewhat update the information offered currently for this language.
